Firstmobile App: Device already registered

#1

I tried using Firstmobile App for FirstBank on my phone after a friend who shared me d app had used it to log in his. We did not av d idea dat d app is kind of programmed to accept a user. So, it's wen i tried activating mine we knew. I called their customer service. Dey too confirmed dat.
Dz z nt d 1st time i wud b seein a crazy app like dz (e.g ChampCash, also suports one registration n login on a device.), i just dont knw how to overcome it (and i pray som1 does). It's like dz apps access and use phone information like I.P address, or lmei or MAC, which are unique per device, to be able to dat????
Can i bypass dz? How do i???
Thankss

Uninstall and install again then activate for your device. Just a matter of minutes.

I think there's an option whether to activate on the phone or not. Lemme check. Anyways sorry about that. I know something will come up soon.

kei...As i said earlier, the app (like any other of this makeup) are designed to accept one account per phone. It's restricted to a user... That means no matter what gymnastics (Uninstalling-reinstalling, wipin data, change imei etc) the user performed, once d app is online, it automatically brings the login page of d 1st user...
Now , i can login as many accounts as I can... This is how i bypassed d restriction:
The app identifies the user's phone's Android Id upon first install and account login, and registers it to dat dat account details in d developer's database i.e Firstmobile app - FirstBank. This Android Id(entity) is unique, as d name implies, 2 every Android mobile phone. So, whenever the app is runned and connects to a data network, it brings d registered account. So, if d Phone's Id is yet assigned 2 any account, it brings Login or Sign up instead...
All u need is 2 lay ur hands on an app designed 2 access d Android Id and change it.
To ease d stress, I used Android Id Changer... It's available on Xposed framework module or u sideload it normally... So, once u av d id changer app, jux change d Id dat's been registered 2 d account u wana bypass 2 a new one...
And that's all!!!
The next time u launches d app, it comes anew as if though it neva been signed in to b4...
Jux make sure u av d backup of d original Id or written somwhere...jux in case u need it...
Sorry 4 d much words... I intended 2 make its phenomenon explicit, not jux jump 2 solution directly...
Thanks!!!!

Download from Playstore and retry, if persist then you'll need to contact customer care for activation.
