[Please help] My Tecno D7 is bricked

#1

Hi. Please I need your help. I rooted my Tecno D7. I downloaded bootbox and customized my boot animation. About a week later, my phone can no longer boot. When switched on, it can't go beyond the boot animation. The boot animation is called "Android from Hell". I've had it flashed but it is not working. The only means of gaining access to the phone is booting it to factory mode, then data wipe. But once the screen goes dim, the power button can't wake the screen, so the phone will try to reboot but can't. The boot animation would be displaying forever.
Please what can I do? Thanks in advance.

when you say you got it flashed, was it done using Sp flash tool or in recovery mode?

I gave it to a phone repairer to flash it. So I can't tell how he did it

supply a gmail address. will grant you permission to download our D7 backup then you'll flash the files to the phone one at a time.

Thank you very much for your help. After downloading the Tecno D7 file, I unzipped it. I also downloaded the SP flash tool, run and launched it. But I couldn't proceed from there, as I was unable to locate the system img using the SP flash tool.
Please help me on how I can proceed from here.

follow the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html to load the scatter file. system.img is the same as Android in SP flash tool. untick all others except Android
