Not really, I just flashed my phone with the pac file i downloaded from this Hovatek. Since then, i have been try to update it, but kept saying you are using the current update.

if there's really an OTA update then you should eventually get the notification

Before i flashe dmy phone, i got a wireless update twice....

it was 20160721, while this one now is 20151117

You either exercise some patience till the OTA update comes to you or search for an Itel 1550 that has received the update to extract the OTA file
