Hello, I've been on this for hours now and keep getting the same error message. I even uninstalled the vcom driver and reinstalled with the step by step guide in the video but it's still the same thing. Please see attached image for clarification.

1st reinstall vcom preloader using the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-440.html

then in miracle box,
* turn off your device 
* click on START in miracle box
* connect your device to your PC
* immediately you connect, press the power button on your device once 
* your device should be detected

I'm having issues with the SP flash tool. I opened it by running as an administrator but after a while, it loads and disappears immediately without giving me time to see the error message displayed.

Although when I loaded the first time, it gave me this error message "the scatter file cannot find. please make sure the file is exist before download."

Then I tried version 3 but it didn't work with my device.
