HP pav DV2000 stuck on HP invent screen,all the function keys not working,I have tried to boot without one ram,without hd,with another working ram,without the cmos battery,when I press esc key or any function key immediately I switch it on,the key activates,but hangs like that. pls help me.

* Is there any blinking light on the keyboard?
* Does the PC make any sound while stuck on this screen?

Try this
* Leave the cmos battery in the PC
* Remove the HDD
* Insert a tested working RAM
* Disconnect the keyboard
* Power on the PC and see if it still gets stuck

Sorry...no blinking light,no sound except when I press esc then f2 in quick succession. I have disconnected both keyboard and mouse seperately,no show

are you removing these components separately i.e like one after the other?
you'll need to take out all peripherals, HDD/CD rom, keyboard/mouse at once leaving just 1 good RAM
* clean the RAM slot with a dry brush before putting the RAM
then turn on the PC and check if it still gets stuck

I have removed everything,leaving only a good ram,the same thing,it is not ram. I have done what u said.
