I followed the steps in https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-13323.html, trying to fix the "Please enter the Privacy Protection Password" issue but Miracle Box can't detect the phone due to the "USB device is not recognized" issue.
I have manually installed VCOM drivers and installed drivers from another working phone of the same model.
The working phone is detectable with the same USB cord on the same computer so that rules out changing USB cord and/or computer.
Please advise on what to do to sort this out.
