[Please help] MTN smart mini S620 soft/hard bricked

#1

Hi, every one
I have a weird problems. Since two weeks I'm trying to flash This MTN S620 with no success. Here is the story.

The phone was updated to Android 5.1 and was encrypted.
After a hard reset the phone was asking the google account to unblock the phone.
So I decide to flash it with stock android 5.1. So I downloaded it from the  link in this forum.
The first time I flashed it it gave me an brom error 4032 error at the very beginning (after DA DL). So I retry and format first the phone. That time the flash was a succes with the ok circle poping at the end of the process. But after I remove the battery and insert it the phone was dead. No charging, no booting
The first thing that I noticed is that the PC was still detecting it.
The second thing is that the detection was different from before the flash. When I plug it to the PC it keep connecting and disconnecting every 2-3 secs no matter what button I push or not. Note that before the flash when the phone was detected It stayed still no matter even before I start the flashing process.

So I decided to flash it again but since two weeks when I try I got a brom error 4032. I've tried to reinstall the mtk drivers, install another version of mtk drivers, try 3 differents version of spflash, try differents computers with differents OS (Win8 x64 , win 7 x86, win 10 x64, win xp), I've try the stock android 4.2 in this forum and try another firmware from romkings. I always get the same brom error 4032 after DA DL. I even try another fullcharged battery from another working s620 to be sure that it was not the battery. Nothing till now.

Now I think my phone got hard bricked I don t konw how or it is another hardware problem.

Did someone have a clue???!!!

try formatting first (all except bootloader) then use the download tab to flash the rom
* try with both the v4 and v5 roms

You said "The phone was updated to Android 5.1 and was encrypted."
What version of Android did the phone ship with? Ask the owner because this piece of information is very important

Yes I can get one working. Should I try to do my own backup And flash it?
