i tried flashing it using the general instructions and all but when i click finish on the application loader that is after selecting all the extras from the options and then i click finish it;ll tell me load loading jvm and then my screen will flash and it;ll be as if it was performing a hard reset but it wont do anythig itll come on and on but wont boot to the error 507 until the the application loader on my pc gives me an error code please i need your help its kinda frustrating cause ive tried all i know on it

Its a bold 9650 this the error code unspecified error encountered [A*00000001]

have you tried updating using Blackberry desktop manager?

Uninstall Blackberry desktop manager and any Blackberry firmware installation on your PC then reinstall.
If it persists,try a different PC
