Gateway ne56r laptop

#1

At times my laptop boots but when you play media files there's no sound output. When I uninstall Realtek audio driver from device manager then click on action, scan for hardware changes the problem gets solved. Im running on windows 7 64bit and all drivers all updated. This only happens at times. What's the way out?

You could search for the drivers at your manufacturer's website or do a system restore to a time you weren't having this issue
