Flashed SuperSU in TWRP recovery successfully. Seems that not I am not accurate to doing these complete process because no SuperSU app in applist. And failed to get root access. Please suggest.

backup your phone in TWRP before we proceed with diagnosing the problem with rooting

Actually I do backup by vivo assistance. In TWRP backup isn't working. The TWRP can not mount the system. It only mount data and cache. Please suggest any procedue how to and what is the problem.

I think that's where the problem is coming from.
Will need to make a few changes

Flashed TWRP and SuperSU.Zip successfully. But in the applist the SU app saying error. The scree shot attached herewith for reference.
