Thats serious.
For the record, could you list the versions of superSU you tried . We would like to dig deeper into this issue as yours is the second case we've had
Just to be sure, did you try running apps that require root access after flashing each supersu.zip ?

The SuperSU I have tried are as below:

1. Beta-SuperSU-v2.60
2. Beta-SuperSU-v2.61
3. Beta-SuperSU-v2.62
4. Beta-SuperSU-v2.64
5. Beta-SuperSU-v2.77
6. RC-SuperSU-v2.70
7. SuperSU-v2.78
8. SuperSU-v2.78 (Aroma version SR1)
9. UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76

After flashing SuperSU eachtime I checked with Root checker. The message "your vivo Y15S is not rooted" comes.

I also tried pushing the SU binary with 755 and Busybox with 644 permissions to system/bin folder through TWRP recovery. This method also not worked for this device. When I reboot after pushing I found the permission of SU binary automatically changed.
