My Blu Studio 5.0 ce has a privacy protection password on it

#1

I recently took the sim out my Blu Studio 5.0 ce and when I went to put it in again, the privacy protection password screen came on. I have everything I need to reboot the phone. I just need to download the tecno m3 mtk backup tool.

Can someone help me?

I am registered and need permission to use the tecno m3 mtk backup tool please? Could you help me asap? I need to be in my phone. I have no source of connecting with others, only by email and social media.

1. You said the phone is a Blu Studio 5.0 ce then why do you wish to use M3's MTK backup on it
2. Do you need M3 4.2 or 4.4 backup
3. If its 4.2 you need, check the pics @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html and let me know if its Old or new OS type M3 you need
4. supply a gmail address for me to grant you download permission

How will I know which backup type is the correct one. My phone is similar to the Old Tecno M3 4.2 (MTK Backup). My email address is [email protected]

granted! download Old Tecno M3 4.2 backup @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html and try flashing recovery.img using Sp flash tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html
Do not use the format option or flash any other file yet. just try flashing recovery.img alone for a start and lets see if flashing is successful

I got the email, however, I still can't get in my phone because it is asking me for a pda.net and also, usb debugging. My phone doesn't stay unlock long. Oh, I could have erase my phone but I cannot unlock the privacy protection password even though I have everything or at least I think I have all the correct things needed. Please help me!!! I'm stressed at the moment with this. I need step by step help obviously. *Tears*

all what you mentioned arent even problems. before we proceed, remove the battery then slot back in > hold volume decrease and dont release > hold power buton and keep holding both > the phone should boot into a mode, tell me what you see in this mode
BTW, do you have a PC?
