system.img will need to be extracted using a different method then. lets proceed.
now, flash cwm to the phone using this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-455.html . ensure the phone is still in factory mode for this

dont understand. what was the state of the phone before you flashed cwm (details) and whats the current state after flashing CWM?
