Several phones I own have been behaving like this. All of a sudden, the phone started installing apps from nowhere. Had to flash official rom.
Plus the launcher would keep on popping up

Try the fixes @ https://journal.hovatek.com/how-to-remov...oid-phone/
If anti-malware don't detect and remove the culprits, let me know

There are two other methods you could use
1. flash the firmware
2. find all apps using Link2SD then manually delete / freeze the malware apk

You said you'd flashed the stock ROM. What method did you use?

create a new thread, this is someone else's support thread
see https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-514.html for how to create a thread

Thank, however I stated I had such a problem and the only solution was to flash official rom / firmware the antimalware doesn't work. After flashing make sure u avoid doing any backups you had earlier to prevent reinfection

Probably you are using an infected firmware, try flashing a different firmware, avoid custom rims for now, it's easier for them to come with malware infested codes. Use the official rom. Clean ua SD card, probably format the card. To be sure it's not the one reinfecting your phone.
