[Please help] Infinix zero 2 hanging problem

please help my infinix zero 2 hangs while in use and then reboots itself. but now it doesnt even power on even when its plug it doesnt show charging its just dead now pls help. some one said it a software and hard ware problem. the phone is a 2gb ram and 16gb rom.

what actually happened as it cant power on any longer?

did you attempt flashing it rom?

And can you also have access to it battery?

yes the guy who helped to flash d rom said it stops wen it gets to about 50%, the battery is inbuilt.... bt wen i collected d fone frm him it was still powering on and hanging....pls is there still any hope??

If I get you right, as at when you collected the phone back, it could still come on but is now dead .
If this is correct then the battery is likely drained.
X509 has multiple variants @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-389.html so its possible the person was using the wrong one.
Connect the phone to a PC and let me know if it makes a sound

I actually charged it using Nepa light and it can now come up... so i did restore factory. it still hangs but not as much as it used to, so please my email is [email protected] incase I have to download a file to flash. sorry its coming very late its actually bcos I don't av a fine thanks.

thanks... its a 2gb ram and 16gb rom, bt it not actually upto 16gb bt rather 12.41gb....

Download the X509 2+16 (Lollipop) rom @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-533.html and flash it using SP flash tool @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-159.html
