[Please help] My Infinix hot 2 x510 shows 'Android is Starting'

#1

For over two weeks now my Infinix hot x510 shows Android is starting, optimising apps 1 of 93, after every boot. The optimisation continues till it gets to 93 of 93. The most annoying part of it all is that my phone will go off some minutes , after unplugging it from a power source even though it shows charge completed. I have even bought an original battery, thinking it could be a battery related problem. This did not solve the problem. I also formatted and downloaded the stock ROM using the Sp flash tool. The problem appeared solved on that day, only to reappear the following day. Please I'm confused and frustrated by this situation, as I do not enjoy the phone anymore. Please Gurus in the house, what can I do.

Can you give me the link to a trusted ROM, because I have downloaded two different ROMs already. One is 594mb, while the other is 656mb

1. Whats the RAM and ROM of the phone?
2. Does the phone tend to get hot during use?

Thanks Bro. It skipped my mind, the phone's RAM is 2gb. Hope this ROM is compatible with the phone?
