my infinix zero x506 is detecting sim but not registering network.

Under Settings > About , check if it has Baseband and IMEI

And the IMEI for sim1 n sim2 are there

If these are the correct baseband and IMEIs then the problem might be the cable that connects the upper part of the board to the lower part. I've seen one such case.
If I may ask, how did this issue start? And did you ever flash a firmware to it or change the IMEI?

I have changed the imei before and have done factory reset

Try using a different network's SIM card and write back the original IMEI to the phone.
Upload a screenshot of the phone's SIM settings screen
