[Please help] Infinix Hot 3 X554 16+1 rebooting issue

I was doing facebook with my phone while plugged in, went to get something and when i came back i discovered the phone was off. I tried to power it but when it reaches infinix logo it will turn off and reboot itself and if it reaches the infinix logo, it repeats. The phone no longer charges, if i plug in the charger it vibrates but does not charge. Any solutions!

What was the battery % before you left it.
Also,have you tried taking out the battery?

It comes with a removable battery, i have tried removing and charging with desktop yet it didn't solve it. The battery was at 29% before i left it

Ok.
Reinsert the battery.
launch Device Manager on your PC then connect the phone.
Does device manager refresh?
