i found a new way to view the images .
right click on the image file  and view it in the new tab . 
accept the security issues and the image will be displayed

thanks, links are indeed updated . am done with the procedure but i cant switch to 4g. even thou i will search for the 4g network and select it to register and will get a success but when i check the home page it is still on 3g . is there a way to switch the network to 4g only .??

You can search and find later newer Modem firmware with good 4g support since this 21.180 is somehow Old..

You can update Modem firmware to 21.315 and newer

login the web management
click settings > dial-up > network settings
preferred mode: 4g
network search mode: auto
click apply.

that should get you 4g only. assuming the network you are currently using has an active 4g network coverage in your area

i do get you . when am in a zone where the 4g coverage is more it will auto switch to 4g. but when we look at their 4g modem + wifi  for that, you  can specifically switch to 4g only . but with the mifi unless it switches or you search for it manually. 
so my question is , can we change the firmware of the mifi that will enable as switch to 4g only ??

the procedure i sent above is for switching your device to 4G only mode.
if you followed the procedure and you couldn't find it on your device, then it means either your firmware or WEB-ui doesnt have it.
you'll need to search online for newer versions as @droidmobitech already suggested
