This guide will explain how to install Xposed Framework on a Mediatek or Spreadtrum Android device using a custom recovery and flashable Xposed Framework zip. This tool allows you tweak / Mod your Android OS.

Requirement

  • A rooted device (you can root using Magisk )
  • A custom recovery or Flashfire (you can use our Auto recovery porter for MTK or SPD )

How to install Xposed Framework on any Android phone


  1. Find out your phone's processor architecture and SDK using this guide
  2. Your SDK version would look like sdk21, sdk22, sdk23 etc
  3. Your processor architecture would look like arm (i.e ARMv7 or armeabi), arm64 (i.e AArch64 or arm64) or x86 (i.e x86 or x86abi)
  4. Visit http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework and click the link for your sdk
  5. Next, click the link for your processor's architecture (arm, arm64 or x86)
  6. Download the latest zip and save to your phone storage 
  7. Flash the Xposed zip using the custom recovery or Flashfire
  8. Boot up the phone then download / install the latest XposedInstaller apk @ https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4S-Z7...UJHSkpGb0k

Important Notice
For SDK Versions:
  • Android 5.0 is SDK21
  • Android 5.1 is SDK22
  • Android 6.0 is SDK23
  • Android 7.0 is SDK24
  • Android 7.1.1 is SDK25
  • Android 8.0 is SDK26
  • Android 8.1 is SDK27
  • Android 9 is SDK28

In addition to this post.

Notice some device stocked at boot logo while some doesnt.

* Now before you flash the Xposed zip
* Also download and copy the Xposed Uninstaller to either phone or SD card storage.. All depend on the storage available with the recovery you are using
* Then if after flashing the Xposed framework zip, you got stocked at boot logo
* Simply repeat  the same method and flash the Xposed Uninstaller.

after folling the steps, surely your phone will boot.

well if flashing was successful, then download another version of the xposed... sometime you will have to flash the latest and it will work while sometime it wont work... sometime you will have to flash old version... 

Thats why its adviceable to make sure you downloaded like 3 different version and also the xposed uninstaller incases like yours...
