From all the tests so far, the phone doesn't allow you to flash all files at a time because of the disconnection issue.
Its likely between a battery and USB port issue.
Have you tried changing the USB port?

i have connected the phone direct to the mainboard-usb. I also tried to charge the phone upfront on the powercharger, plugged in a socket, but there also i got the failure message when i connect the phone.
So i still guess it is a abttery issue. Thats wy i ask for the button-code to switch the phone to the charg-only-mode.

but i will also try the other usb ports, maybe....

could be a battery / power issue then.
Try the firmware with Miracle Box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html

I mean from the firmware (scatter format) with you. Instead of flashing using SP flash tool, use Miracle Box + Loader at the link I gave you

yes, they'll flag it as malware. Just set them to allow it

i did it on a different laptop. Of course i installed first the vcom drivers. the software dos not found the HTC when it is connected. But ther is written in the software that thwe battery should be charged at least for 50% But the HTC dow not charge at all. I guess there is a battery problem, or the charging software is broken.

The HTC dos that connected on a PC, on a Laptop and also just connected with a cord to a original HTC charger. Always switch on and off and on and off and .........
