Connection problem

Please my desktops can't connect to my phone hotspot. When I click on network icon it shows no network available whereas my PC do connect to my phone hotspot.

Pls what can I do. help Me

* was the desktop able to detect / connect to Wi-Fi networks when you bought it?
* and is your desktop WLAN enabled?

You've not answered a critical question which is if your Desktop has Wi-Fi support.
If it does then has it been working with W-Fi networks before now?
If Yes then reinstall the Wi-Fi Adapter drivers
