[Please help] blackberry 9730 won't boot and led blinks

Hi! I switched off my phone and remove the battery. When i put it back the phone won't boot and led indicator blinks. Don't know what to do

does it show a cancelled battery icon?

Yes it show a cross battery

The battery isn't making proper contact.
pack it properly with a piece of paper

try this:
take out the battery
boost it using a desktop charger for 3 hours
connect the phone to power (without battery)
wait till the cancel sign appears then disappears
insert the charged battery
If this doesn't work after about 5 attempts then try a different battery

which one i s a desktop charger and i have tried a different battery but i still have thesame issue. So i have tried to flash it but unable to flash even though the software sees the port com through which the phone is connected

a desktop charger is an external battery charger.
repeat the step in my previous comment using different batteries.
I believe at least one should be well charged
