Android system and system ui consume significantly more RAM in normal mode.
Freeze the followinng in normal mode:
Internet Speed Meter Lite
Google Partner Setup
Smart Launcher
System Manager SDK
Telegram
UC Browser

You just might have to resort to an alternative firmware against this current approach
