[Please help] Malware infection on my MALATA 403 android phone
(22-12-2016, 01:39 PM)hovatek(22-12-2016, 09:47 AM)aaeludire@yahoo.com I have done all these and there seems to be relative "peace" from the malware pop ups. Thanks. But kingroot is bringing up some inetrface whenever I connect to electricity for charging the phone. What is next please, have a nice day.
Disable Magic Smile Wallpaper and let me know if there are still signs of malware
The charging interface can always be disabled later

(23-12-2016, 09:41 PM)aaeludire@yahoo.com I have disabled the Magic Smile Wallpaper and all seems Ok except that kingroot now return 5 threat which are amongst those that were disabled. The launcher is coming up from time to time and freezing the screen.

Oh really?
Your last comments sounded like all was fine.
According to the list you gave me, these are the apps on your device. I've placed "#" infront of those you've frozen but i'm afraid your list is incomplete.
In previous comments, you mentioned Whatsapp Helper and Uber, neither of which is on this list. I need to be sure every app is listed as I can only work with what I see.

I would like to know whether it is possible to get off this malware thing. Is it that I have a resident app triggering the going to the Internet or is it my gmail account that is corrupted, I have changed my password on the account a couple of times. My fear is that if I buy another phone and use my current gmail account and SIM will I not be having the same problem.
Thank you.

A good number of items on this new list are not in the original list you gave me. This makes it difficult for me to guide you.
1. Which apps is Kingroot warning about?
2. I need a list of all apps that have not been frozen, something is still operating freely
