It started when my brother accidentally uninstalled my stock camera app, and the phone got in to a boot loop, I explained this to someone and he gave me a link to download a ROM and install it via so flash tools, which I was doing until the phone accidentally disconnected and now the phone doesn't even come on at all.

I have done as you asked, downloaded the rom and sp flash tools, loaded scatter file, chose download only and hit download
but the phone isn't seen by sp flash tools or my computer, not even coming on at all.
i looked it up on the internet and its been called a hard brick, is there any way to fix this?
