You should let the phone turned off without battery for about 30 mints, then again try to turn it on maybe it will work.

The phone was brick before.... no power and i don't make backup for the phone..

I can see the scatter file in your screenshot, its a text (Notepad) file. As I said, I want to see its content. Open it using Notepad++, copy its content then paste here
