[Please help] mtk backup of infinix zero 16 gb

thiis is what i get but if flash it through upgrade then it doesnt do anything

what version of SP flash tool are you using?

SP Flash Tool v3.1344.0.212
i have this one too
SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1328.0.183
and the version below doent really works fine not responding even thpugh im using corei7 n my os is win8.1
