[Please help] Infinix note 3 pro

I got an update on my note 3 pro about 378mb, after successful download, it shows unpacking zip error bla bla. I just felt sad abt d wasted MB. Please what is d cause and how can i fix dt? Tnx team hovatek

there must've been an error during download.

Bro, this is d 3rd time. It will download successfully till 100% den during unzipping d downloaded file, it will show error.

Please, take a screenshot of the error message then upload and post the link here.
It's best you either download the TF format of the update or grab the update.zip to save data.
Next up, backup important stuff, wipe both SD card and phone storage from your Settings > Storage then from PC.
Retry reinstalling the ota

This is an insufficient space error, can't find a zip error.
What happens when you select OK to download to SD card?
Also,consider formatting the SD card first

Bro, i have free 5.24GB space in phone storage and also 12.4GB free space in Sd card so it cant be storage error, from the error message its shoeing "cache not enough" not storage. So am considering wiping cache from factory reset options. Can it solve this? Tanx

Also from ur question, when i select to download to sdcard, it will download successfully den shows error during package unzipping

The zip error is shown when the download is complete, as in during installing the update
