Means the firmware isn't compatible with the phone.
What's the phone model and could you attach a screenshot?

I believe the firmware isn't compatible and you might need to search for another.
I need two things to confirm:
1. I need you to scroll down in SP flash tool so I see the remaining items
2. Copy the content of the scatter file and paste here for me to see

I believe the problem is from a difference in the expected file names vs actual file names.
Check each partition in the scatter file
you'll find file_name:
for example, boot.
The scatter file expects a file named boot.img but the file in the firmware is named boot-verified.img
Test
Untick all boxes except cache then try flashing only cache using Download only
if you get the same error then it most likely means the firmware isn't for your exact model or variant

If I rename the files to match the file names in a scatter file, the same error occurs.

First off, what's wrong with your phone and how did it start?
So I know which partitions you'll need to flash
