Seems Cyanogen recovery is overwriting the CWM you already have. Why not leave out modifying recovery so CWM remains?

Here's the sample of my install-recovery.sh :

#!/system/bin/sh
if [ -f /system/etc/recovery-transform.sh ]; then
  exec sh /system/etc/recovery-transform.sh 9916416 1befd1a70146013e7303c1daadc17939c08d5b46 7356416 33fa7bae8ca000026ec090fc2a79a7ff9613e12a
fi

if ! applypatch -c EMMC:/dev/block/platform/mtk-msdc.0/by-name/recovery:9916416:1befd1a70146013e7303c1daadc17939c08d5b46; then
  applypatch -b /system/etc/recovery-resource.dat EMMC:/dev/block/platform/mtk-msdc.0/by-name/boot:7356416:33fa7bae8ca000026ec090fc2a79a7ff9613e12a EMMC:/dev/block/platform/mtk-msdc.0/by-name/recovery 1befd1a70146013e7303c1daadc17939c08d5b46 9916416 33fa7bae8ca000026ec090fc2a79a7ff9613e12a:/system/recovery-from-boot.p && log -t recovery "Installing new recovery image: succeeded" || log -t recovery "Installing new recovery image: failed"
else
  log -t recovery "Recovery image already installed"
fi

Also there is no "recovery-transform.sh" inside etc folder....

Here's a pastbin with informations:

Your custom ROM is modifying recovery. remove the recovery folder from the ROM and delete all lines related to recovery
