[Please help] NEED CORRECT ROM ... INFINIX HOT 2

Hello Hovatek I need the stock rom for INFINIX hot 2... The device got Bricked and he did not know the build number but he described the way the phone is... He said when u open the apps menu, the apps are scrolled up and down... and running on Android version 6.0 ..

The device got Bricked when he was trying to install customer recovery and he end up bricking it... meaning he want to root it..

1. Whats the Android version (the phone shipped with), RAM and ROM
2. Was flashing successful or it got interrupted by an error?

1. He bought it from someone... so I think the person update it to Android 6.0
2.He flashed the recovery using INFINIX flash tool and it was successful but got Bricked

Depending on the RAM, download the firmware @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-533.html
Flash only recovery.
You could also try https://journal.hovatek.com/the-infinix-...available/

We used that rom but not compatible

I take it you've not been able to successfully flash any rom to the phone. If that is true then we might be in luck.
Dump the firmware in scatter format using Miracle Box @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-13347.html
