If you've been getting the annoying  out of storage space or storage space running low on your MTK Android ( e.g Tecno, Gionee, Innjoo, Infinix, Lead1, TLC etc) phone then an easy method to fix this is too clear your log. to do this:

Steps to fix low storage space on a Mediatek (MTK) Android phone

Method 1: Deleting Logs

Method 2: Install apps to SD card instead of Phone storage

  • Insert an SD card in the phone
  • Go to Settings > Storage
  • Change Default Write Disk from Phone storage to SD card
  • Go to Settings > Apps > Select the App > Click Move to SD card
  • Restart the phone

Method 3: Factory Reset

Go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory reset or boot into recovery mode (see  https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-479.html ) to do a Factory reset

Method 4: Internal Storage Expansion

If you have a PC then follow this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-718.html to easily increase your internal memory / storage

Not all phones have the log folder. and not all have two ebr files. what you can do in this case is to intall apps to sd card instead of phone storage
