This could be caused by an old .ipsw file on your PC. Delete it and you should be fine. Locate:

Mac OS X
~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates

Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Update

Windows Vista/7 & above
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

Then delete the contents of the iPhone Software Updates folder

Or is there any method to remove it from itune logo?
And how to know if it has been jailbroken?
