[Please help] Touchpad automatically respond....

I have iball compbook excellence laptop. i'm facing on problem in it. its touch pad is automatically respond without touching what to do...

Is the mouse pointer just moving or its selecting / clicking things?

If you mean the mouse moves around while you're typing then you should reduce the sensitivity.
It could also be due to vibration of your hard disk.
What I wan't to clarify is if it moves while you're typing or when you're not even touching the PC

when i doing some tasks mouse moving automatically/open files etc....

I see. 
Try reducing the sensitivity of your touchpad > Should be under Control Panel > Click Hardware and Sound > Click Mouse > Mouse Properties > Pointer Options
you could also consider installing Synaptics touch drivers
