you'll need to restore that backup using TWRP recovery
boot to recovery mode using vol up + power button and confirm what recovery you have

What's your phone model and which secro-nvram zip did you download?

Let me get you straight.
Please, answer Yes or No to each
1. You have a TWRP backup
2. You downloaded an NVRAM backup
3. You've copied both to your phone
4. When you tap restore in TWRP, you can't find either of the two but can see other files
5. When you tap restore in TWRP, you can't see any file at all

as i said before i made a backup and i could not restore it with twrp recovery...so i downloadedonline nandroid backup and tried to make A backup with no internet connection....the backup dint work but it created a TWRP folder in the internal memory.
i boot to recovery and found out that the restore option has the empty files i wanted to restore...
all i did was to copy all the files in my  initial backup that counld not restore and paste it in the TWRP folder that TWRP recovery could read and restore....

thank a lot once again...

That was what question 4 was going to determine. You were supposed to maintain the folder structure when restoring.
