[Please help] Honor 3C bricked help

#1

I will try to keep this as simple as possible.

I had the worse idea today to install a custom rom on my Honor 3C Chinese version. On the 1st go to install a custom recovery i was stuck on a boot loop with a phone only vibrating. Unfortunately being clumsy on a heist attempt to fix the problem i started flashing ROM_H30-U10_V100R001C900B108 (locked bootloader?) During the process while the flashing was ongoing for about 4 mins i received an error "brom error s_brom_download_da_fail 2004". Now this error occurs right at the start of the flash making is unable to proceed.
I did a lot of google searching before posting here and i have tried all possible fixes
Changed USB cable/port tried different pc but i cant seem to manage to bypass the issue.
Any help would really be appreciated i am desperate thanks for your time.

When connecting to PC for flashing, were you holding any button?

You're not supposed to hold any button when connecting for flashing

OK.
Let me know how it goes after charging.
This is similar to an issue with the Tecno P5S.
Using a chinese box or flashing via a motherboard jumper might bypass the error
Sometimes, its changing the Download Agent in SP flash tool
waiting for feedback on the charging..
