Hello,

I have this Injoo fire that ends up in bootloop. But the issue is it charges when plugged in, you can even see the charging meter (% charge) on the screen. But when try putting it on it just displays the Injoo logo only and doesn't get pass There.

This happened when I tried resetting the device via settings so as to sell it off. The factory reset completed but on booting again it entered bootloop which is weird.

I tried factory resetting it again via stock recovery but the factory reset process doesn't complete before the phone goes off.

It happens all the time I've tried it. The factory reset starts, gets completed but will not display the stock recovery page where you can reboot then the device will go off.

Then If I power it on, it comes up but gets stuck on the same boot loop. Or if I plug it, it charges and even the LED indicator for charging displays too.

I tried flashing it but USB drivers doesn't install. The USB device malfunctioned error messages displays on my computer each it tries to install the drivers.

I even try to force it to install the drivers so my pc can detect it still no solution. Just to add, drivers are fully installed on my computer and are working properly. I've tried different USB cables too, they all show "USB device malfunctioned" but they work on other devices and phones.

I don't know what to do right now please help. Lemme see if I can post a link of pics of the phone while plugged in and when booting.

Thanks.

1. What does the phone get detected as under Device Manager when connected to PC while off without holding any button?
2. have you tried wiping emmc in Factory Mode (volume down + power)
3. Have you tried leaving it to bootloop for 5 minutes (similar to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-493.html )

1.(What it gets detected as under device manager)
It doesn't get detected as anything.. My pc device manager just refreshes on and on while the "USB device malfunctioned" error Msg pops up immediately the pc detection sound comes up. It happens like forever. I think there's something preventing my pc from detecting the phone.

2.(Have you wiped emmc on factory mode)
I've only tried factory reset (volume up + power) then an option to chose factory mode, fastboot and normal boot comes up. I entered factory mode then wipe data/factory reset. Pressing power down + power doesn't work or show any command. The phone just boots.
I also tried the fastboot and normal boots options, phone just stuck on the boot logo.

3. (Have you boot it for more than 5mins)
I have left it on boot for 30mins even. It just boots for awhile, goes off and starts booting again. On its own. Except I pull out the battery. Even if I plug it in, after charging for awhile, it boots up on its own. But won't still boot normally.

I see.
Means we're likely looking at a kernel level error.
What you're going to do is to force detection:
1. Take out the battery and connect to PC while holding volume down
2. Reinsert the battery (don't power on) then connect to PC while holding volume down (you can also try volume up or both).
3. Get the phone into fastboot then connect to PC

I wan't to know if the PC makes any attempt to install drivers in any of these scenarios

*Note
If the USB device malfunctioned pops up, click it to read what the message is (upload a screenshot)
