I recently came in possession of a Samsung Galaxy Grand. The phone is in perfect condition. Everything working as it should except it won't download anything not through playstore or any browsers. I can browse but cannot download.
Please does anyone know how I can rectify this problem. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

What error do you get while trying to download?

the download bar shows up but nothing is downloaded. in the case of playstore, it displays 'downloading' for hours. browsers are no better.

have you tried downloading with UC browser?
also ensure there is enough free space on your device
and try doing a factory reset

Have you tried changing your internet connection or using Wi-Fi?

Which network do you use? Try changing your network mode to 3g only after you 've reset d the phone to factory settings

I believe your network is not strong enough, make sure you set it to 3G mode or you can try connecting to a strong WIFI network and see what happens
