I've tried another PC but still the same thing - "USB device not recognized " - "one of the USB device connected to this system has malfunctioned". You say "Might also be a problem with the phone's driver ", if so what should I do? Please I'm counting on you.

It's quite unlikely a driver issue as the same happens on another PC. Try changing the phone's USB port
