(22-04-2017, 11:56 PM)mike03 I've changed and replace the USB port panel on the phone yet it's still not working .

From this conversation, there are 2 possibilities
1. The phone's software is so messed up that it can't be detected (driver)
2. The phone's emmc chip is bad.

I recall one case on a Phantom Z I worked on a while back. It kept giving USB not recognized. What fixed it then was getting the phone into Fastboot then connecting to PC. Some drivers got installed and the phone began getting detected again.
I also recall updating the phone's drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16839.html
If the phone's emmc isn't fried then that just might help you

I've install all the drivers. But what if the phone's emmc is bad, does it mean it's beyond repairs?

If the emmc is bad then the chip would need to be changed

Is there a tutorial here in Hovatek forum on how to replace emmc chip? (Tecno H7 in particular)

no, you'll have to take the device to a phone technician around you (one that can actually replace the chip.)
