[Please help] Tecno P9 (pad mini) totally dead, wont come on, charge or show any sign of life

Phone Model: Tecno P9 (pad mini) 7.0"

The phone just started automatically on boot loop and I left it for a while and now its totally dead, wont come on, charge or show any sign of life.

I hereby request for permission to download the stock backup for tecno P9 v4.2 and v4.4(preferably)

is the bricked phone 4.2 or 4.4?

this might actually sound not funny, but am not sure if I have been using 4.2 or 4.4.
can you grant access to download both?

when did you purchase the phone? that could help

I was able to locate the phone carton and it reads v4.4.
Kindly grant access to download

SP Flash tool won't detect the tecno p9, i see searching below the window and it searches forever. I install all the drivers i could lay hands on but still no way, the drivers show the device could not be started (code 10).

kindly help out.

1. what OS is your PC running on?
2. have you tried using another PC?
3. does the error still occur after uninstalling using usb deview and reinstalling?
4. can you get access to any working Tecno phone with removable battery?
