Hold Vol increase key with Power Button after the phone vibrates then release Power Button, continue holding the volume + key until you see the Android Lying on it back. Then scroll with the volume button go to wipe select by pressing the power or the volume up key.

But after holding both botons and wipe all user data, it brings only no, no, no no. But 'yes delete all' isn't there

This problem might be from the ROM can you still boot the phone, if yes, then wipe from Setting>Security>Backup and Restore>Wipe

Tecno H3 doesn't give the Yes option in stock recovery. You would need a custom recovery for that.
BTW, you've still not answered what's wrong with the phone and how it started
