I performed memory test with spflashtool,
The RAM Test was OK.
The EMMC Test failed under
NAND Flash "ERROR : NAND Flash was not detected!

It then show BROM ERROR: S_FT_MEMORY_TEST_FAIL (4048)

I thought as much. Seems there's a problem mounting one or more partitions and this could point at a problem with the emmc chip.
I want to know; the stock rom came with a stock recovery and to test /system in recovery, you must have flashed a custom recovery? Is this correct or all you did was still from stock recovery?

All I did was from stock recovery. Someone advised that I should get a bin backup but I just want to be sure it will work given that I've already downloaded 3 files which are over 3GB

You could try a .bin backup (which I believe is a backup from a working phone)
If you're able to find a custom recovery for the phone then try flashing that so you can dig a bit deeper into your partitions
