Things to take note:
Make sure your battery is charged.
Remove Battery and Put Back before plugging phone.
If you still get the same error then Download another Y2 ROM.

OK. Untick all others except Android, Cache and Userdata
Now when connecting to PC, ensure there's a battery in the switched off phone and you do not hold any button

Ok so i downloaded the stock rom in ur forum and when i try to open it says "the archive is corrupt"
Is there something i can do?

On the Process, your download interrupted that's why, retry downloading.

Try extracting using 7zip.

I have the same problem of this particular y2, but it new Y2. It stock on logo if I plug charger it will show battery connected but not charging. 
When I was trying to flash with flsh file that A2 in buildNumber
