You could optionally Sign in by clicking on Service at the top then clicking Sign in at the top right corner
If you wish to Sign in then you sign in with the Phone Number / Surname associated with your DSTV account and the Smart Card Number (You can find this on your DSTV SmartCard; a card which is inserted at the front of your DSTV)
Now, on the clear error codes screen, input your SmartCard Number (or select it from the dropdown if you're Signed in)
Select the Error code you wish to clear from the dropdown
Enter the image verification code (to prove you're human)
Click on Clear error code
If the error code was successfully cleared then you should get a success prompt like in the image below
