[Please help] My Infinix Zero X506 is not detecting sim1

Shocked 

ive bought 2 devices and i tried all the sims i can find... Sim Slot1 is not recognizing nothing, Sim Slot 2 is working fine .. is it a software issue or should i contact the hardware center ??

and if yeas should i activate it from the system or i need to Flash the set and Root it first ??

go to settings > about > status > imei
check what IMEI 1 and 2 show

It shows 2 IMEI numbers and 2 slots

Here u go, here it is just showing 1 sim card as it is not detecting the no. 1 sim any ways, i havê a screenshot from the imeibas well, but i think sending it is not a good idea in public

are you saying you bought it this way or it just developed this issue?

if its never been a dual SIM since you bought it then you best return it. seems like a hardware defect from the info. i've got so far. you could take it in for a hardware check if you choose to repair
