The problem is i flashed the phone because google application crashed and there is no way to use the phone due to the crash errors messages on the screen. So when i flashed it, there processed wrote passed which means it was a success. But when i reboot the phone it comes on with the same google crash messages and the original wallpaper which was there before the flashing

Sounds like the emmc chip is faulty.
Which tool did you use to flash and which files (e.g boot, recovery etc) did you flash?

1. After flashing, were all your applications and data still intact like nothing happened?
2. Extract the content of the pac file using https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-6236.html and upload a screenshot of its contents

The contents look OK.
Very important question
After flashing the pac file, did your phone just reboot normally with all your apps intact (like you didn't flash anything) or you had to setup the phone like you just did a factory reset?
