my tecno m3 wont boot it shows tecno only,i hv tried to hard reset but no good luck,help please??

1. how exactly did this start?
2. is it OS 4.2 or 4.4?
3. if its 4.2 then check the pics @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html and let me know if its old or new os type
