[Tutorial] How to create a bootable Windows USB for a Dual OS Tablet using Ultra ISO

You'll need a bootable USB to flash Windows to a Dual OS (Android + Windows) tablet.

Requirements


Steps to create a bootable Windows USB for a Dual OS Tablet using Ultra ISO


  1. Connect the USB device to the PC
  2. Launch Ultra ISO as administrator and activate it

  3. You should now be at the Ultra ISO dashboard

  4. Click the folder icon at the top left corner

  5. In the Window that pops up, navigate to the location of the WINPE NTFS ISO file, highlight it then click Open

  6. The ISO's content should now be loaded

  7. Click Bootable at the top

  8. Click Write Disk Image...

  9. Under Disk Drive, select the USB device, Set Write Method to USB.HDD+ and Set Hide Boot Partition to Hidden then click Write

  10. Click Yes to confirm

  11. Wait while Ultra ISO writes

  12. Once Write is done, you should see Burn successful, close Ultra ISO (leave the USB device connected)

  13. Navigate to My Computer or This PC

  14. Right-click the USB device and select Format

  15. Under Format, set File system to NTFS (some Windows firmware require FAT32) , Volume label to WINPE , tick Quick Format then click Start . Wait till Format is done then click OK

  16. Copy the Windows files for the Dual OS tablet into the USB device

  17. Your bootable USB is ready
